Join the guest list for this exclusive event and enjoy a private party set in an atmosphere of contemporary art + architecture at Taller de Terreno. Come and learn to prepare your favorite Mexican dishes in a relaxed environment using two of the main ingredients in Mexican cooking: chiles and corn. We will learn about some of the most famous salsas such as Mole + Enchilada sauce, after which we will make our own blue corn tortillas to indulge ourselves in the simple flavors of Mexico. 

Ivonne Benitez is the founder and owner of Hablando Mexicano. She holds degrees in Bilingual Education from the University of Guanajuato and in Language Methodology by the University of Cambridge. Her passion for teaching takes you to a new level of cultural immersion — one that mixes the elements of language, lifestyle, the gastronomy, etc.. She is always eager to share the traditions, the culture, the sayings, the cooking and the love for Spanish, Mexico and its people.
